Hot Spring Water Healing at Kayumanis Nanjing

Kayumanis Jimbaran is delighted to announce the appointment of I Gusti Putu Ngurah Setiawan or Putso as he likes to be called as Executive Sous Chef. Having spent a significant part of his culinary career working in the kitchen’s of some of Bali’s finest dining establishments such as Axiom, KuDeTa and more recently Sentosa Private Villas, Chef Putso is eager to instil a contemporary twist to the Indonesian menu at Tapis Restaurant.

Inspired by fresh produce and the exotic flavours of local herbs and spices, Chef Putso is known for his visually appealing presentations and meticulous work habits. In his spare time he enjoys fishing and utilizes this quality time alone to envisage tantalizing new recipes that he will create once back in the kitchen environment.

A refreshing training was given to all management and staff of Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa last July regarding Kayumanis Values, namely Sincere, Trust, Respect, Care and Perfection. And in effort to deliver our best hospitality to the Japanese guests, all of our front liner staff is taking a Japanese language course intensively.
